This is a practical look inside our mineral processing equipment manufacturing facility in Jiangxi, China. The footage shows real workshop scenes and equipment at different stages of fabrication, assembly and inspection.
Equipment in the workshop may include trommel scrubbers, rotary screens, spiral classifiers, jig concentrators and other gravity separation equipment for gold, tin, tungsten, chrome and related heavy-mineral projects.
Process before equipment
We do not begin by recommending a machine. We first review the ore conditions, required capacity, feed size, target mineral liberation and available water or power. Those facts determine the likely process route and the duty of each machine.
Typical work includes:
- Mineral processing flowsheet assessment
- Equipment selection and plant configuration
- Gravity separation, washing, screening and classification
- Manufacturing review, packing and delivery coordination
- Installation and commissioning support when included in the project scope
What to send for a project review
Send the mineral or ore type, target capacity in TPH, maximum feed size, expected product size, available assay or test data, project country and current stage.
Equipment shown in this video is manufacturing evidence, not a recovery or capacity guarantee. Final equipment selection should be based on representative ore information and, where necessary, mineral testing.
